About Us

Welcome Gardeners, Urban Farmers, and Homesteaders! We have Safe Fresh Heirloom Garden Seeds. All seeds are, open-pollinated, naturally grown, & non-GMO. Our seeds are sourced from growers that we know and trust,

All our garden seeds are hand-selected and packaged in resealable airtight bags (each bag is individually labeled), and for the current growing season. Varietal information, growing tips, and germination test are printed on the seed packet.

Our seeds are sourced from local growers and are grown using natural methods. We stand behind the quality of our seed. All our garden seeds are heirloom, open-pollinated, naturally grown, and Non-GMO. We have signed the "Safe Seed Pledge" and I do not sell GMO seeds.

We support and have signed the Safe Seed Pledge. Created in 1999, the Safe Seed Pledge helps to connect non-GMO seed sellers, distributors and traders to the growing market of concerned gardeners and agricultural consumers. The Pledge allows businesses and individuals to declare that they "do not knowingly buy, sell or trade genetically engineered seeds," thus assuring consumers of their commitment.

The Safe Seed Pledge reads:

Agriculture and seeds provide the basis upon which our lives depend. We must protect this foundation as a safe and genetically stable source for future generations. For the benefit of all farmers, gardeners, and consumers who want an alternative.
We pledge that we do not knowingly buy, sell, or trade genetically-engineered seeds or plants.
The mechanical transfer of genetic material outside of natural reproductive methods and between genera, families, or kingdoms, poses great biological risks as well as economic, political, and cultural threats. We feel that genetically engineered varieties have been insufficiently tested prior to public release. More research and testing are necessary to further assess the potential risks of genetically-engineered seeds. Further, we wish to support agricultural progress that leads to healthier soils, genetically diverse agricultural ecosystems, and ultimately healthy people and communities.
