They start off as a clear yellow color, but eventually blush with pink streaks, indicating that they are now ripe and ready to be picked. These tomatoes are known for their heavy production throughout the entire season, and their delightful flavor boasts a sweet, fruity, and refreshing taste. This unique variety was developed by Fred Hempel of Baia Nicchia Farm in California. It is an indeterminate type and takes approximately 75 days to grow.
