White Wonder, Cucumber,

White Wonder is a very old, top-quality cucumber bearing white-ripening, 7" long fruit. This heirloom was introduced in the late 1800s and is still grown today for its beautiful fruits, great for slicing and pickling. White Wonder cucumber fruit is normally harvested at five to six inches long when their skin is a nice, white color. Plants sown in May will bear fruit from July to September. Light-colored or "white" cucumbers are uncommon in the North American marketplace. They were once quite popular as a slicing and pickling variety. Plants sown in May will bear fruit from July to September.
