Rak Tamachat Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) Heirloom cultivar from Thailand. Named for the Rak Tamachat Permaculture and Natural Building Education Center in Thailand. The flavor of 'Rak Tamachat' is somewhat milder than other cilantro cultivars, but the real feature of interest is that these large plants grow huge leaves, which are up to two inches wide. Cilantro is an incredible source of antioxidants, it's loaded with vitamins and minerals, and it has a long history of culinary and therapeutic use. It’s ready to harvest in 50 to 55 days for bunches of foliage, and 90 to 105 days for seeds.
