Yellow Beefsteak is a vibrant yellow variation cherished for its unique flavor and taste. This beautiful Amish variety dates back to the 1800s. Many say better tasting than Pink Brandywine. It is a variety of heavy beefsteak tomatoes. Considered the largest of the yellow types, Beefsteak Yellow has been known to weigh about 1-2 pounds at harvest. Beefsteak Yellow is indeterminate and grows indefinitely through the season, producing non-stop fruit while requiring heavy support. Excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium. Annual crop prefers warmer temperatures and full sun. Ready to harvest roughly 72 days from seed. Sowing. 72 Days. Indeterminate. Heirloom. Non-GMO.
