Ute Indian Winter Squash Seeds. This extremely rare South-Western historic heirloom squash; From the Ute Indian tribe is delicious, easy, and keeps well. This squash is an ancient squash that dates back 100s of years and is prized by the Ute Indian tribe who grew it for a food source. This is a Non-GMO, Heirloom, winter squash Greenish-grey shell with bright yellow flesh. Delicate mild flavor, great roasted, grilled, or fried. It has almost a sweet melon flavor when eaten raw. It is a head-turner for sure at fall displays and farmer's markets! Fruits can reach 15-20 pounds. This is a rare, hard-to-find Heirloom that you cant get at the store!
