Sweet Pepperoncini Italian Pepper

Sweet Pepperoncini is a famous Italian pepper that is a favorite for pickling, and cooking. They are great eaten fresh and chopped cooked. This small bushy plant produces 3-5" wrinkly fruits with thin sweet flesh excellent for pickling. They are 3-5" long and 1-1.5" wide. Bushes are relatively small and grow 30" tall. Peppers can be harvested for pickling when they are only 2-3" long and still green. For fully mature red peppers, harvest after 60-75 days.
