Klondike Striped Blue Ribbon was Bred by Mr. Porter of California and introduced sometime in the early 1900s. Flesh is very sweet crimson red flesh. The rind is tough and striped light and dark green. Good local shipper. Klondike is perfect for the home gardener. Blue Ribbon reaches 25-30 pounds. 90 days.
