Love the crunch and flavor of jalapeño, but can't take the heat? This truly heatless jalapeño is perfect for those sensitive to the spiciness of traditional jalapeño peppers. This unique variety was developed by carefully selecting fruit with less heat but with all of the other characteristics of jalapeños over numerous generations, finally arriving at a pepper with no heat yet loaded with flavor. No gloves are needed for chopping or slicing! Attractive fruits are 3" long, ripen from green to red, and are great for fresh use, stuffing and roasting. Sturdy plants produce heavy yields. Excellent for pickling, stuffing, poppers, and salsa. This variety is prolific and very early!
