Tatsoi Heirloom Mustard Seeds. A long-time Asian staple forms dense rosettes of mild mustard-flavored leaves. Enjoy the leaves raw or stir-fried. Crunchy and flavorful, the midribs have a celery-like taste. Extremely cold-hardy, you can harvest the plants even under snow cover. Tatsoi mustard grows in rosettes of dark green spoon-shaped leaves. Excellent and salads or stir-fries. Very easy to grow. 50 days (mature) or 20 days (baby greens).
