An Old World heirloom native to Italy, the Zucchini Grey summer squash has been a Mediterranean favorite since the early 1800s. Since then, Zucchini Grey Summer squash has been one of the fastest, most productive crops in the garden and, with frequent harvests, will continue to produce until the frost. Ready to harvest 50-60 days from sowing or ideally when 6-8" long. Using a knife or shears, carefully clip off fruits at the stem. Do not harvest young and tender squash by pulling or twisting. Squash will be ready to harvest in 58 days, and you can harvest every couple of days. Best harvested at 5-7". When you are harvesting squash blossoms, harvest in the morning. Zucchini Grey boasts uniquely striped skin. 45-50 days. Non-GMO. Open Pollinated.
