Grahams Good Keeper Tomato is an excellent multi-purpose variety, great for sauce or fresh eating. What makes this tomato unique is its ability to store and ripen over the fall and winter. Most tomatoes that are keeper varieties come on late in the season and don’t taste great fresh, but Graham’s Good Keeper is good right off the vine and matures earlier. The mature but still green fruit can be picked before the frost and ripened indoors. Store them somewhere cool and with good air circulation, and they’ll ripen over a period of weeks or months
