Ebony Acorn Winter Squash

Ebony Acorn is a delicious dark green, almost black-skinned acorn squash. Plants are quite prolific that bear large fruits up to two pounds. The fruits have yellow-orange flesh with a sweet, dry flavor. Prolific 8' vines produce 1.5-2 pound fruits with thick walls and a small seed cavity. About 5-6 inches in diameter. The flesh is deep-orange, fine-textured, tender, dry, and sweet. More productive and larger-fruited than table queen. It does good in poor soil conditions and stores well. Excellent for home or market.
