An early red cabbage produces dense, deep purple, and small round heads great for colorful slaw, salads, and cooking. Compact plants on short stems have round, reddish-purple heads ranging from 5 to 7 in. in diameter, weighing about 3 lbs. Red Acre stores better than most early cabbage. 10-15 microgreen/baby, 76 days mature.
