Taylor Dwarf Horticultural beans. Also known as Speckled Bays, this bean has been growing since the early 1800s and is an early producer of creamy pods with speckles of red that add a hint of color to your garden. This high yielder should be picked while the pods still snap to ensure the best taste and avoid toughness and stringiness. If you pick when ready, they will continue to produce for several weeks. This bean grows to a height of 18" -24". This dry bean is excellent for use in soups and chili. Beans are a highly nutritious plant, including high amounts of:
