Cauliflower Purple Violetta Italia

Violetta Italia Cauliflower plant produces small heads with a beautiful light purple hue. It is a vigorous plant, and easy home grow. Harvest the head before the curds of the cauliflower have loosened. Side shoots will grow after the central head has been harvested. After harvest, cook the cauliflower in boiling water. It grows light purple in the garden but turns green after being cooked. Excellent taste is beautiful.
