This Chrysanthemum (Aka: Garland Daisy and Chop Suey Green) is popular as edible green and can grow to maturity with yellow and white blooms. This Broad Leaf variety produces smooth oblong, light green leaves with a pleasant flavor. It makes a nice microgreen but can be grown in the garden. Use larger leaves as a braised greens or add to soup. A popular Green in Asia, it is used mainly in cooked dishes and soups. The broadleaf variety produces ample oblong, smooth light to medium green leaves that can be harvested in 25 to 50 days.
