Advent Gulch Blue Corn. Idahoan Mike OBrien spent 40 years developing this delicious variety in the Intermountain West to perform exceptionally well in cool soil and higher altitudes. With exceptional cold-soil germination and emergence, as well as early maturing cobs. This corn thrives in cold soils and has adapted to much of southern Idaho. It mixes flour, flint, and dent corn and is wonderful for polenta and "corn nuts" (parched corn).
